Senior Scrum Master — Large-Scale Agile Programs (Finland)

LTM in Helsinki, Finland, is seeking a Scrum Master with 5+ years of full-time experience on large-scale IT or business transformation projects. English and Finnish language proficiency are required to collaborate with multi-national teams.

The role focuses on removing impediments, protecting sprint commitments, and coaching teams in Scrum practices. Experience with Jira and Agile frameworks such as Kanban and SAFe is highly desirable. This position is based on-site in Helsinki.
