Job Description

The Senior Scientist will lead the commissioning, installation and operation of continuous flow equipment and instruments within the AiXL lab.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Acquisition and installation of continuous flow equipment

• Procurement of commercially available modular units that can be assembled to create bespoke continuous flow workflow, including homogeneous and multiphasic reactions
• Implementation of appropriate inline analytics to capture real-time data.
• Adopt necessary hardware and software to automate the system and capture data.

Workflow & Instrument Management

• Establish SOP for different workflows, including thermal chemistry, photochemistry, etc.
• Develop new data analytical tools (hardware and software) to expand beyond existing capabilities.

Technical Support & Synergy

• Familiar with Design of Experiments (DoE)...
