Senior Scientist - Compound Profiling

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Scientist in Compound Profiling to join Insmed Cambridge. This is an exciting, lab-based opportunity for an innovative and motivated assay scientist with industry experience in drug discovery. Operating at the heart of our Drug Discovery Biology team, you will be accountable for designing, implementing, and delivering robust in vitro screening cascades that enable the progression of small molecule and oligonucleotide therapeutics from early target feasibility and Hit Finding, through to Candidate Nomination.

You will take ownership of experimental design and data generation, applying a rigorous, industry-standard approach to develop novel assays to deliver high-quality, reproducible compound profiling data that informs project progression.
