About the role
AstraZeneca are seeking a highly skilled analytical scientist to work in our Oncology Targeted Delivery (OTD) team. Based at The Discovery Centre in Cambridge, you will be an integral member of the analytical team focusing on the rational design of assays involving biological matrices and analytical methods required to study linker payloads and antibody drug conjugates (ADCs). ADCs and related scaffold conjugates are among the fastest growing drug classes in oncology.
Independently design, execute and validate assays using LCMS techniques to monitor stability of small molecules and ADCs
Carryout studies to elucidate mechanistic insights relevant to ADC project biological results
Build and maintain state of the art MS & HPLC analytical methods for ADC and pa...
