Job Description
Minimum requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) is essential.
- A relevant qualification in Business, Marketing or a related field will be advantageous.
- 5 to 7 years proven sales experience, preferably within the meat, protein, retail, wholesale or food-service industry.
- Strong knowledge of meat products, customer needs and the retail/wholesale market environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage a sales territory and consistently achieve targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
- A valid drivers licence and willingness to travel are essential.
- Fluency in English is essential; isiXhosa will be advantageous.
