About the opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions across our platform. This is a high‑impact, hands‑on role where you will work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to shape and build platform capabilities that scale with our growth.

In this role, you will

• Own and deliver end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions – from analysis, design, and development to deployment, monitoring, and incident response
• Lead and independently drive technical projects within the team and across domains, acting as a mature and solution‑oriented technical counterpart
• Review, assess, and continuously improve the team’s tooling landscape, development workflows, and cross‑team collaboration
• Champion code quality, security awareness, and platform health through deep code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices
