Senior Salesforce Devops & Tech Lead - Relocation Valencia (Spain) (Chantada)

At Vortechgroup, we are looking to add a Senior Salesforce DevOps & Tech Lead to our team to lead the DevOps strategy and release management across complex Salesforce environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI and Salesforce CLI / SF DX.
• Define branching strategies, Gitflow, and quality gates with automated testing approaches.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Manage sandboxes, data masking, and synchronization among scratch orgs, sandboxes, and production environments.
• Oversee complex release packages, resolve conflicts, and unblock deployments.
• Use tools such as Salesforce Inspector, Salesforce DevOps Center, and SFDX for advanced troubleshooting.
