Senior Salesforce Administrator (Argentina)

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead and deliver strategic initiatives on the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions within an Agile/SAFe framework.
• Act as a bridge between business, technical, and QA teams to ensure alignment on requirements, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of initiatives, proactively managing timelines, dependencies, and cross‑team coordination.
• Lead design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions and solution design on the Salesforce Lightning platform.
• Support Scrum teams in adhering to Agile best practices, including all ceremonies and delivery standards.
