Senior Sales Manager - Retail Domain (APAC)

Responsibilities:

• Drive new business acquisition and hunt for new logos across the APAC retail sector.
• Own the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, solutioning, delivery, and marketing teams to develop customer-focused solutions.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and revenue targets.
• Identify opportunities related to digital transformation, e-commerce, AI/ML, cloud, and retail technology modernization.

Qualifications:

• 10–15 years of B2B sales experience in IT Services, Software Solutions, Digital Transformation, or Consulting.
• Strong Retail and E-commerce domain knowledge.
• Demonstrated success in new logo acquisition and consultative selling.
