Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or Business Administration (Master’s is a plus)
8–12 years of progressive B2B sales experience in food, beverage, or ingredients industry
Experience in flavors, beverage systems, or functional ingredients preferred; adjacent category experience (food ingredients, dairy, bakery) will be considered
Proven track record of delivering revenue growth, managing key accounts, and expanding margin
Strong commercial acumen with experience in value-based / solution selling
Demonstrated ability to manage strategic customer relationships and complex sales cycles (brief development commercialization)
