Job Description
- Drive new business development within the energy sector and adjacent industries
- Identify and close opportunities for software development, IoT, integration, and digital services engagements
- Build and manage a robust pipeline from initial conversations through to signed agreements
- Actively prospect and open new accounts (hunter role)
- Position Wirtek as a long-term services partner rather than a one-off project vendor
- Engage both technical and business stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering teams to shape compelling, feasible solutions
- Contribute to go-to-market strategy and service positioning
