- Direct customer service in regional and national retail channels, pharma wholesalers, E-commerce and Hypermarkets.
- Management of key accounts by defining the product mix for the customer, monitoring all operational steps until delivery of orders to the customer and monitoring of sell-out
- Creation and management of trade marketing actions and campaigns at points of sale to improve sell-out
- Creation of digital media plans together with customers
- Management and control of physical and digital media investments in clients, as well as their impact on margin for the company
- Expertise in increasing the brand's Market Share with customers and consequently in the national market
- Opening new key accounts
- Participation in exclusive product launch projects for customers
