Job Overview

As a Sales Account Orchestrator (AO) you will own a portfolio of named accounts and high‑potential new logos to drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through SaaS and Hybrid SaaS subscriptions. You will orchestrate the full go‑to‑market motion—account planning, multi‑threaded stakeholder engagement, discovery, value definition, and deal execution—partnering across PreSales, Portfolio Development (PFD), Customer Success (CS), Renewals (RSR), and Services to land, expand, and retain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own account strategy for ~5–10 named accounts plus a targeted new‑logo list, with clear ARR, pipeline, and adoption goals.
  • Build and implement account and opportunity plans aligned to customer business outcomes and the LAER model (Land, Adopt, Expand, Renew).
  • Lead cross‑functional orchestration across PreSales (PSC/TAM), PFD, ADR/ISS, Services, Renewals, Partners, and Hyperscalers to progress multiple deals in parallel.
