Summary Design end-to-end risk control frameworks for new products, markets, and client segments — onboarding, inbound and outbound transaction monitoring, limits, and review triggers. Translate local regulatory requirements and market practice into proportionate controls Produce clear, audit-ready documentation — control frameworks, risk assessments, verification frameworks, and policy. Partner with commercial, compliance, operations, and HQ to land solutions and clear blockers. Localise HQ frameworks to SEA / APAC market reality and own solutioning across live and new markets. Core requirements 7+ years in risk, compliance, or financial crime at a payments, fintech, or banking institution; cross-border experience strongly preferred. Deep working knowledge of local market practice, documentation norms, and financial crime typologies in the region.
