Senior Risk & Controls Leader (6-Month)

Monzo is seeking a senior leader to join its high-performing Risk & Control team for a fixed-term period of 6 months. This role involves managing a programme of controls effectiveness testing and seeking opportunities to automate testing through Data Analytics and AI.

The successful candidate will provide advice on optimising the control suite, deliver improved monitoring of control performance, and lead a team to enhance customer service for users of control monitoring outputs.
