About the Role

Define Benefits Administration specialist in Retirement Consulting, part of TELUS Health Retirement Consulting practice. Responsible for administering DB pension plans, client relationship management, service agreements, and leading internal initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage DB administration activities for a portfolio of clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Provide high‑quality service and coordinate DB administration services including web tools and call center.
  • Deliver relevant information on administrative issues and legislative requirements.
  • Coordinate governance initiatives, service review meetings and reporting.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients.
