Senior Responsible Sourcing Specialist - Gold

Overview

Main Purpose of role: Reporting to the Global Head of Responsible Sourcing, the Senior Responsible Sourcing Specialist (Gold) will execute the full spectrum of gold-focused assessment and capacity building activities across Africa and the Asia-Pacific region. The role requires deep, hands-on expertise in gold and precious metals supply chain due diligence, including direct conduct of complex and high-risk assessments. It provides seniority to enable independent ownership of the gold programme and engagement with commercial and senior internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and personally conduct gold-focused supplier assessments (desk-based, SAQ, and site-based) for counterparties in the DRC and across Africa and Asia-Pacific, taking direct ownership of the most complex and high-risk cases.
