This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting vulnerable young people and delivering trauma-informed, therapeutic care within a safe and nurturing environment.
✅ Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in children’s residential care
• Supervisory / shift leading experience
• Strong safeguarding & behaviour management skills
• Passionate, resilient, and caring approach
