SENIOR RESEARCHER

Overall Job Purpose The Senior Researcher is an academic leader in their discipline(s), a strategic resource across campuses and subject‑matter experts, and a champion of a programme on which they conduct cutting‑edge research and provide support for young researchers across national campuses. The Senior Researcher is required to be a leader in research, publication, mentorship, and community engagement. Duties and Responsibilities Research and Scholarship Takes ownership for own research output targets to achieve the required A‑list for the brand. Performs the role of leader and mentor in research practice and output nationally by supporting other less experienced academics and promoting a positive culture of scholarship within their discipline and across campus teams.
