(Senior) Research Analyst, Applied Measurement & Psychological Sciences

As a (Senior) Research Analyst in the Research and Management Information Division, you will be part of a dynamic team comprising data analysts, psychologists and psychometricians dedicated to harnessing data‑driven insights to advance educational practice and policy formulation in MOE. This position also offers opportunities to develop and strengthen your research and analytical skills while gaining broad exposure to various issues in education.

• Plan and execute large‑scale surveys, including designing psychometric survey instruments to assess attitudes, perceptions and non‑academic competencies
• Utilise advanced data analysis techniques and tools to extract, clean and analyse data, and identify meaningful trends and actionable insights
