**Overview**

The **Senior Renewals Representative, Account Based** leads the optimization of workflows for high-volume renewal cycles, develops and implements strategies for engaging Account Executives (AEs), and provides specialized knowledge and guidance to partners. This role is responsible for improving customer satisfaction, sharing advanced insights on churn risks and renewal blockers, and mentoring others in customer-first practices. The Senior Renewal Representative also leads efforts to optimize CRM system usage and develop advanced automation workflows.

**Key Responsibilities**
