Senior Reinsurance Broker & Client Solutions Leader

Marsh McLennan is seeking a VP Broker to join our team in Santiago, Chile. This hybrid role requires working at least three days a week in the office. As a Broker, you will analyze client risk portfolios, develop innovative solutions, and negotiate favorable terms for clients.

You will be responsible for guiding junior Brokers, advising clients on complex risks, and fostering strong relationships with insurers and colleagues. The ideal candidate should have expertise in reinsurance, risk modeling, and excellent negotiation skills.
