Responsibilities
- Lead and manage clinical and non-clinical operations within their respective units in a shift, ensuring optimal resource allocation and utilization.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to foster professional development and high-quality patient care.
- Be responsible for providing and coordinating patient care, educating patients and the public about various health conditions, and providing advice and emotional support to patients and their family members.
