Minimum 10 years' experience within the refrigeration industry.

Relevant Refrigeration Technical Qualification (essential).

Proven experience managing complex refrigeration projects.

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Hands-on technical knowledge of refrigeration systems.

Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.

Willingness to travel as required.
