Senior Red Team Operator

Position in the Global CISO Office at ING focused on breaking systems to strengthen security posture across global enterprise environments.

• Lead advanced red team engagements and design long‑run intelligence‑led campaigns that mirror the sophistication of top‑tier threat actors.
• Execute the full attack lifecycle; run end‑to‑end campaigns from initial access to data exfiltration while maintaining stealth against the Blue Team.
• Develop and maintain red team infrastructure, building, operating, and customizing command‑and‑control (C2) capabilities beyond standard tools such as Cobalt Strike or Sliver.
• Drive defensive improvements through purple teaming, partnering with the SOC and defensive teams to tune detection rules, improve playbooks, and enhance ING’s defensive capabilities.
