Responsibilities

• Lead and Supervise the Talent Acquisition Team
  Train, mentor and oversee recruiters to ensure recruitment targets, timelines and quality standards are met. Provide guidance on sourcing strategies, candidate screening and stakeholder management.
• Partner with Hiring Managers for Manpower Planning
  Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, budget allocations and workforce planning needs. Provide market insights and realistic timelines to ensure efficient staffing solutions.
