Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical positions (Executive and Non-Executive), including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, offer management, salary negotiation, and onboarding, while ensuring hiring targets and turnaround times are met.
- Partner closely with Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) and Hiring Managers to deliver effective talent acquisition solutions and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize various sourcing platforms and recruitment tools, including JobStreet, LinkedIn, and other talent acquisition channels, to attract and engage qualified candidates.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and recruitment best practices to continuously enhance hiring effectiveness and attract top talent to PROTON.
