**Tasks & responsibilities**

As a **Senior Recruiter** you are responsible for:

+ Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes, starting from the successful alignment and planning of raised requisitions with the HR Business Partner and the Hiring Manager until hiring the candidate.
+ Aligning the appropriate search strategy and taking care of texting as well as publishing the job ads at the internal and external job boards, as appropriate.
