Key Responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with hiring managers. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
