Job Description
GSR LAW PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION, is based in Brampton, Ontario, and is currently seeking a Senior Real Estate Law Clerk to join our busy real estate law practice group. This position is ideal for an individual who wishes to work in a fast-paced and growing firm. Real estate law experience is required.
The selected individual will be a vital team member who is responsible for the following Duties and Responsibilities:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
- Handing all aspect of residential / commercial real estate transactions
- Review Agreements of Purchase and Sale, mortgage instructions and mortgage commitments
- Contact clients and coordinate scheduling
- Order title insurance policies
- Reviewing title search documents, preparing documents on Teraview
- Meeting with clients to review documentation, prepare reporting letters, and preparing other transactional documents
