Senior Quantity Surveyor
Company: Sobha Constructions
Location: UAE
- 8–12 years of GCC experience in road and infrastructure projects
- B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for road and infrastructure works
- Develop and update BOQs based on drawings and specifications
- Review quotations and support tender evaluation submissions
- Verify quantities and project progress for payment certification
- Track budgets, variations, and financial compliance for cost control
- Prepare interim payments and validate contractor invoices
