Senior Quantity Surveyor We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a portfolio of residential developments across Teesside, North Yorkshire and the wider North East region. This is a key appointment within a growing team structure. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in commercial delivery, mentoring developing surveyors and supporting the wider commercial management function across the business. The role offers significant responsibility from day one, with exposure to strategic land opportunities, infrastructure-led developments and large-scale residential schemes.
