Senior Quantity Surveyor

Work Schedule 5 Days Work

Hours 9am - 6pm

Salary $4,000 ~ $6,000

• Prepare cost estimates and assist in quantity take-offs.
• Monitor and record site progress and day work records.
• Check manpower allocation and productivity.
• Prepare comparison sheets for quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Handle contractual claims, variation orders (VO), and related contractual matters.
• Compute variation values and prepare interim or final accounts.

• Diploma or Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Good mathematical and calculation skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
