Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze cost comparisons to support project budgeting and decision-making
- Obtain quotations and negotiate terms with sub-contractors and suppliers to secure favorable contracts
- Measure quantities and perform take-offs accurately to ensure precise project costing
- Prepare variation orders, claims, final accounts, settlements, and sub-contractor payments to maintain financial control
- Perform all other quantity surveying tasks necessary to support project delivery and contract administration
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or its relevant.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in main contractor companies
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts, administer contracts, and manage variation orders
