Our client is an established A1 Main Contractor with a strong track record in delivering large-scale building, civil, and infrastructure projects across Singapore. Due to continued project growth, they are looking for an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of Mechanical or Electrical Quantity Surveying duties from tender stage through to final account.
• Prepare cost estimates, quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and tender documentation.
• Evaluate quotations, source and recommend subcontractors and suppliers for Electrical works.
