Job Description
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Quantity Survey/Building or equivalent.
- Min. of 2-4 years of working experience with a main contractor on private residential projects.
- 5-day week.
- Reporting to Contracts Manager.
- Responsible for all works related to Quantity Surveyor duties.
- Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers and sub-contractors.
- Good Pay + Good allowance + Good Bonus
