Senior Quantity Surveyor - Interior Fit-Out & Cost Control

SIM SENG HIN SAWMILL COMPANY (PTE.) LIMITED is looking for a Quantity Surveyor with a diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. The position requires at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the interior fit-out/joinery industry.

The successful candidate will manage cost estimation, liaise with suppliers, and prepare quotations and progress claims. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills and work well in a team.
