Position Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Reports to: Senior Commercial Manager

The Senior Quantity Surveyor leads cost planning, contract administration and commercial control for assigned construction and development projects. The role is responsible for accurate forecasting, managing commercial risks, evaluating claims, and guiding junior QS staff to ensure project delivery within budget and contract terms.
