Senior Quantity Surveyor (Construction)

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Quantity Survey/Building or equivalent.
• Min. of 2-4 years of working experience with a main contractor on private residential projects.
• 5-day week.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Contracts Manager.
• Responsible for all works related to Quantity Surveyor duties.
• Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers and sub-contractors.
