Parsons is seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor - Commercial Support in Dubai to manage measurement, valuation, and commercial controls for major infrastructure projects. You will verify progress, prepare interim certificates, and support claims and variations with robust documentation.

You will coordinate with site teams and subcontractors, maintain commercial records, and contribute to monthly cost reporting and final accounts when required.
