Senior Quality Technician & Auditor

Purpose of the role

To lead and elevate the quality assurance function across all product categories, ensuring consistent product standards from development through bulk production and retail. Responsible for technical approvals, grading accuracy, supplier performance, and data-driven QA reporting.

Role and responsibilities

• Lead and sign off all Fit & Seal processes across core and extended product categories.
• Evaluate garments on models and dummies, ensuring correct fit and brand consistency.
• Approve and verify grade rules for knit and woven garments across size curves.
• Develop and implement QA standards and procedures across suppliers and DCs.
• Conduct supplier audits including inline, final and random inspections.
• Lead root cause analysis on failed orders and implement corrective actions.
