Job Description
Principal Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate tasks assigned to Vendor Coordinators and TPC Coordinators
- Review prequalification documents (e.g., MAR, PDR, PQD) for all procurement packages
- Standardize quality requirements in MR/TBE templates; conduct dual reviews for critical procurement packages
- Lead TPC weekly meetings; attend Procurement Quality Meetings and external procurement-related meetings
- Develop and implement Procurement Inspection Co-ordination Procedure
- Supplier Pre-Qualification Documents Review
- Involve quality audit to Vendors/Manufactures
- Involve in Kick-off meeting
- Participate in Pre-inspection Meeting
- Liaise with Third Party Certification and QatarEnergy to ensure their appropriate involvement
- Vendor Document Review including MPS ITP and WPS and relevant Quality Procedure
