            Job Description Revenue Event QA
Test in-game revenue events before release.
Check event mechanics, rewards, pricing, localization, UI flow, and overall player experience.
Identify bugs, incorrect settings, and possible issues before launch.
Verify event configurations prepared by regional teams.
Prioritize high-risk areas when testing time is limited.
Record test results and clearly report whether the event is ready to launch.
Product Operations Support
Investigate reports of hacking, cheating, exploits, and rank boosting.
Review player behavior and available evidence.
Coordinate with regional teams on actions against abusive players.
Handle customer service escalations related to revenue events and player misconduct.
Monitor events after launch and identify issues quickly.
Help improve QA processes and operational SOPs.
