Job Description
We build and operate web products used daily by tens of thousands of people across 13 European countries. Treatwell Connect is our SaaS platform for salon and venue management, the tool thousands of salon owners rely on to run their business every day. Following the integration of Salonized, we now have a dedicated QA team and we're shaping it with intention. We've seen firsthand that embedded, proactive QA is what separates reliable releases from reactive firefighting.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Build an automation framework from scratch, starting with API-level coverage of critical end-to-end happy path flows, the ones that must never break in a product shipping multiple times a day.
- Mentor QA team members into more technical and structured testing practice.
- Work with developers to build shared ownership of quality across engineering: encourage better unit testing, help them understand what good coverage looks like, and shift quality...
