This role is focused on preventing production issues—especially under peak load—and ensuring systems perform reliably in real-world conditions.
Responsibilities:
• Define and implement QA strategy, frameworks, and processes
• Build and lead the QA function and team
• Own end-to-end testing coverage across the platform
• Ensure product quality, performance, and reliability
•Lead release decisions—balancing speed with production stability
