Execute manual and automated test cases to validate functionality, usability, and performance of voicebots and chatbots Perform regular quality checks on live bots and report existing flaws, along with documenting improvisations on ticketing platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and acceptance criteria. Create and maintain detailed test documentation including test plans, cases, and scripts. Perform regression testing to ensure stability after changes. Participate in test planning, estimation, and execution for new features and maintenance releases. Contribute to improving testing processes, tools, and methodologies. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging testing techniques.
