Senior Property Officer

Responsible for the contract development and administration of the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contracts and the associated facilities management vendors.

Plan and conduct performance audits on IFM contractors and vendors to monitor and measure performance compliance. This includes site inspections, interviews, tabletop exercises, documentation audits, and related activities.

Manage the defining and establishing of Tender/Contractual deliverables and terms.

Review and implement performance measurement policies for IFM and FM contracts.

Engage with IFM contractors on performance improvement and KPIs assessment.

Conduct customer satisfaction surveys with IFM contractors to measure FM-related services satisfaction levels.
