Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, monitor, and supervise finishing works for Townhouses and Villas across assigned projects to ensure timely and quality execution
- Ensure finishing works are executed in accordance with approved material submittals, mock-ups, method statements, and workmanship standards.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure proper sequencing and coordination of all finishing trades to minimize delays and interface conflicts.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify defects, non-conformances, and workmanship issues, ensuring timely implementation of corrective actions.
- Coordinate closely with consultants, QA/QC teams, project engineers, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical, quality, and construction‑related issues.
- Support snagging, de‑snagging, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities to achieve successful client acceptance.
