Senior Project Manager - Water/Wastewater Construction

Maple Reinders Constructors is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for our civil construction division in Mississauga, Ontario. The successful candidate will manage the Duffin Creek WPCP Biosolids Replacement project in Pickering and may be considered for other Ontario projects.

Key Job Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Effectively manage projects following Maple Reinders’ processes and procedures, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Mentor junior Project Managers and Coordinators, guiding their professional growth.
• Support the National Business Development team and assist the Construction Manager with schedule development and final submissions.
• Negotiate contracts with owners and their agents.
