Job Description
Job Purpose Steer complex EPC/EPCM projects through all phases-front‑end engineering (FEED), detailed design, procurement, construction and commissioning-while safeguarding schedule, budget and quality.
Key Accountabilities
1.
Project Planning & Mobilization Lead development of FEED deliverables: Basis of Design, PEP (Project Execution Plan), PSSR (Pre‑Start Safety Review). Establish WBS, RACI matrix and master schedule (integrated across design, procurement, site). Onboard consultants, vendors and key subcontractors ensure contract terms align with scope and risk allocation. 2.
Execution & Performance Monitoring Coordinate internal and external interfaces: technical disciplines, construction, logistics, client teams. Chair weekly progress meetings, oversee action‑item closure, track Earned Value and schedule variance. Manage budget forecasting: monthly cost‑to‑complete, estimate at completion (EAC) and change‑order management. 3.
